Vitamin E is great to keep around. It provides many benefits when used properly. It keeps the skin fresh and smooth looking. Use Vitamin E on finger and toe nails and they will be nice and smooth instead of rough.

Prior to going to bed, be sure to remove all of your makeup. You should us lukewarm water with a gentle washcloth or a good makeup removing solution. After removing the makeup, do the same skin care routine you always do. If you do not get rid of the make-up, you might clog your pores and get pimples.

Drink enough water every day for healthy looking skin. Dehydration dries out skin and causes wrinkles. This can be prevented by drinking the recommended eight glasses of water every single day. You can use flavors to inject some taste into your water too. Your skin will benefit from this.

If you want better skin, brush your skin before you shower. Move it in a circular fashion, working upwards from your feet, and then shower with a gentle soap.

Torn fingernails can be mended with tiny fragments of teabags. The first step is to remove the tea leaves from the bag. Next, cut a small piece of the woven teabag approximately the size of the damaged nail. Then, put that on top of your nail and cover the whole thing with some clear nail polish.

Try to reduce the number of harsh cleansers and exfoliates you use. Simply work with a soft washcloth and Aloe Vera to calm your skin. These wholesome ingredients are great for all skin types. If aloe does not provide enough moisture, add a little oil made of vitamin E. Tea tree oil can be used to create a medicated moisturizer.
